The Second International Conference and Innovation Exhibition on Global Education (ICEGE) 2020 is jointly organized by partner universities in Indonesia and Malaysia, namely University of Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. HAMKA (UHAMKA) and University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo (UMSIDA), and Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), Malaysia. The conference is a tangible outcome of the strategic cross-border collaboration between the three universities since 2016. The inaugural conference on Science for Social Welfare and Justice seminar was held at UMSIDA, Indonesia in 2017. The name International Conference and Innovation on Global Communication (ICEGE) were first introduced to the second conference in 2020 and is used for the next conference. In 2020, the second ICEGE aims to explore, share, and discuss innovation in education to face global challenges.
