Revolusi Industri 4.0, Riset Perguruan Tinggi


Revolusi industri dapat dipandang sebagai suatu perubahan cara hidup manusia dan proses kerja secara fundamental. Pada era Industri 4.0, tercipta kemajuan teknologi informasi yang mengintegrasikan dua dunia; dunia kehidupan dengan dunia digital, yang tentunya berdampak terhadap berbagai disiplin ilmu. Kehadiran revolusi Industri 4.0 membuat wajah baru dalam fase kemajuan teknologi suatu bangsa. Dalam revolusi Industri 4.0, teknologi manufaktur telah memasuki fase pada tren otomasi dan pertukaran data. Yaitu mencakup sistem cyber-physic, internet of things (IoT), cloud computation, dan cognitive computation. Lahirnya teknologi digital yang menyertai Revolusi Industri 4.0 berdampak terhadap tatanan kehidupan manusia di seluruh dunia
