Abstract

Occupational health and safety is one of those systems that play an important role for employee welfare. Organizational support is the belief that employees are formed about the extent to which organizations care about their welfare. For employees who work on a manufacturing industry must have a risk of accident rate work, then desperately need the welfare system provided by the company. Not least employees who work in the manufacturing industry and have experienced a working accident so that the physical disability. That can result in the mental psychological decline of the employee. Self-acceptance is the ability to accept all things that exist on yourself both lack and advantage. This research aims to determine the influence of organizational support in increasing the acceptance of employees victims of accidents due to work. Organizational support as a variable is free and self-acceptance as a bound variable. The subject in this study amounted to 107 employees who had experienced a work accident consisting of men and women. The research instruments used were Survey of Perceived Organizational Support (SPOS) of Eisenberger, DKK (1986) and Berger's Self-Acceptance Scale from Berger (1952). Data analysis using regression analysis. The results showed the organization's support contributed to 7.9% acceptance and had a probability value of 0.003 (Sign < 0.01). This indicates that there is a significant influence between the support of the Organization on the acceptance of employees who have experienced accidents due to work.
