PERBANDINGAN SEKOLAH MUHAMMADIYAH YANG UNGGUL DAN TIDAK UNGGUL DI KOTA DEPOK
Abstract
Muhammadiyah in Depok which is a religious community based organizationhas set up a school/Madrasah Muhammadiyah as its program in the field of education. Although most of
the schools are rate as excellent schools, some are stil under the average. This research is
aimed to provide a comparative overview between Muhammadiyah school in Depok
including aspects of the curriculum, teacher performance, student achievement, facilities and
infrastructure and extracurricular activities. This research was adescriptive research. The
research population consisted of all Muhammadiyah schools. Samples consisted of two
schools, SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Depok and SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Depok, selected using
purposive sampling technique. The data were collected through questionnaires, interviews,
observations and field notes. The results showed that the SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Depok is
superior than SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Depok.
