MODEL TATA RUANG KANTOR TERHADAP EFISIENSI KERJA KARYAWAN DI FAKULTAS KEGURUAN DAN ILMU PENDIDIKAN UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH PROF. DR. HAMKA

Abstract

Office layout is the arrangement of office space as well as the preparation of equipment and office furniture according to the floor area and office space available so as to provide satisfaction and comfort to the employees in the work. Efficiency is an attempt on production to eradicate all waste any wastage of materials and labor and the adverse symptoms. This study aims to determine how much the relationship between the model office layout of the work efficiency in the Faculty of Education, University of Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. HAMKA, this study uses quantitative methods with simple random sampling technique and take a sample of 25 employees. The results of data analysis, the researchers concluded that there is a relationship between the office layout with work efficiency in FKIP UHAMKA. From the results if the data can be seen that the variable X has a mode 81.83 77.78 Mean Median Standard Deviation 77.04 and 217.53. While the variable Y has a mode 48.82 49.5 Median 49.3 Mean and Standard Deviation 141.32. Then the unknown regression coefficient office layout with efficiencies of 26.79. While the value of the total population of 34 is 3,355 therefore greater than that 26.79> 3.355 it means their pengeruh between the model office layout with working efficiency of employees. Should in manufacturing leadership office layout invite or ask the opinion of the employees as office space or an expert in the field offices so that the working efficiency can be created. With the expected efficiency of the services for faculty and students can be met well and the ideal line with expectations.
